1.PVC
This material is cheap and widely used. It is also one of the materials commonly used in non-standard machinery. PVC has anti-static and non-static materials. In electronic products, the belt used is anti-static. There is also a difference between PVC hard materials and soft materials. Generally, hard materials, such as tooling board, bear the load. The melting point of the material is 75-90 °. This product cannot be used in contact with food because high temperature will release carcinogens.
2. Polyurethane
Pu, also known as Youli adhesive, has good oil resistance, toughness, wear resistance, aging resistance and adhesion; It has the rigidity of plastic and the elasticity of rubber. Industrial special (PU); Wheel, forklift wheel, sliding plate wheel, cigarette maker wheel, bearing wheel, driving wheel, etc; Polyurethane is generally used for silencing layer, seal, buffer head, buffer, scratch proof part, scratch proof part, fixture cushion block and lightweight cushion.
3.ABS
ABS plastic is a resin made of three monomers. A (acrylonitrile), B (butadiene) s (styrene) can be made into various resins with different contents. The machine is suitable for general parts, wear-resistant parts and transmission parts. ABS is also one of the main materials for 3D printing and the most stable material in 3D printing.
4.PE
Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic resin prepared by polymerization of ethylene. Polyethylene is odorless, non-toxic and feels like wax. It has excellent low-temperature resistance (the minimum service temperature can reach – 100 ~ – 70 ° C), good chemical stability and can resist the erosion of most acids and bases (not resistant to acids with oxidizing properties). It is insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, with small water absorption and excellent electrical insulation.
Polyethylene can be divided into high density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) according to the polymerization method, molecular weight and chain structure.
LDPE application: injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other processing methods can be adopted. It is mainly used for agricultural film, industrial packaging film, pharmaceutical and food packaging film, mechanical parts, daily necessities, building materials, wire, cable insulation, coating and synthetic paper.
Purpose of LLDPE: to produce films, daily necessities, pipes, wires and cables through injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other molding methods.
HDPE uses: using injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, roll molding and other molding methods to produce film products, daily necessities and industrial hollow containers of various sizes, pipes, calendering belts and ligature belts for packaging, ropes and cables, fishing nets, fibers for weaving, wires and cables, etc.
5.PP
Polypropylene: poiypropyiene is a polymer with propylene as monomer, which is abbreviated as PP, and the melting temperature is about 174 ℃,
Density 91.0 cubic centimeter. High strength, high hardness, wear resistance, bending fatigue resistance, heat resistance up to 120 ℃, moisture resistance and chemical resistance
It has good learning, easy processing and molding and low price. Therefore, it is a general polymer variety with large output and wide application. The disadvantage is low
Poor temperature toughness and aging resistance.
6.PC
The biggest feature of polycarbonate is that it has metallic strength, good ductility and toughness. It looks very like glass and has very good light transmittance. Therefore, it is often used as daylighting glass, lampshade, signal lamp, windshield, etc. it is one of the engineering plastics widely used at present
