 1. Formula design of Pvc Plastic Extrusion profiles

(1) Polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC): Polyvinyl chloride resin is the main component of PVC profiles, accounting for over 70% of the total mass. The selection of resin needs to consider its molecular weight, melt flowability, and other properties.

(2) Additives: Additives are a key part of PVC profile formulations and can improve the performance of PVC materials. Common additives include plasticizers, stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, etc. Plasticizers can improve the flexibility and processability of PVC, stabilizers can prevent the decomposition of PVC materials during heating, lubricants can reduce frictional resistance, and fillers can increase the strength and hardness of PVC materials.

In formula design, it is necessary to select appropriate types and ratios of additives based on specific product requirements and processing techniques to meet the performance requirements of PVC profiles.

 

2. Processing technology of Pvc Plastic Extrusion profiles

(1) Extrusion molding: The extrusion molding is achieved by extruding melted PVC material through an extruder. The specific process flow includes:

-Raw material preparation: Send the prepared PVC profile raw materials into the extruder.

-Heating and melting: By heating and shearing, PVC raw materials are melted.

-Extrusion molding: extruding molten PVC material into a mold and obtaining the desired cross-sectional shape of the profile according to the shape of the mold.

-Cooling solidification: Quickly cool the extruded PVC profile in cooling water to solidify it.

(2) Cooling and curing: The extruded PVC profiles need to be cooled and cured to obtain the required physical properties. Cooling solidification mainly includes the following steps:

-Rapid cooling: Place the extruded PVC profile in cooling water, and rapidly cool it through the heat conduction and convection of the cooling water.

-External surface treatment: While cooling with cooling water, the surface of the profile can be treated by spraying or brushing to improve its appearance quality.

-Cutting and shaping: After cooling and curing, the PVC profile is cut and shaped to obtain the desired length and shape.
