What are the characteristics and uses of PC + ABS materials？

PC / ABS is a thermoplastic made of polycarbonate (polycarbonate) and polypropylene (ABS) alloy. It combines the excellent characteristics of the two materials, the formability of ABS materials and the mechanical properties of PC temperature, impact strength and resistance, UV resistance and other properties.

It is named PC / ABS because it has excellent heat and weather resistance and the size of PC resin. ABS resin has stability, impact resistance and excellent processing fluidity. Therefore, it is used in thin-walled and complex shaped products to maintain its excellent properties and the moldability of materials composed of plastics and esters.

PC / ABS resin is a highly resistant mixture of carbonate free (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene terpolymer (ABS). Cycloy is customized to meet special performance requirements, so as to achieve a balance between performance, cost and processability. Ordinary and flame-retardant grade of filler reinforcement, but also special for dense instruments, etc

The weather resistance of PC / ABS has the advantage of maintaining weather resistance, with almost no physical and chemical properties and color changes caused by light. Dimensional stability the shrinkage of PC / ABS is not affected by the flow direction and of resin, and the dimensional stability is very good.
