Processing conditions:

Bake the material at 120 ° C for about 4 hours;

The temperature of the injection sleeve is between 230 ~ 320 ° C;

The mold temperature is 70 ~ 120 ° C;

Do not keep the hot melt glue in the heating tube for a long time during the injection cycle;
