Another way is to make your own diffuse led profile, use some cable trunks to connect the light bar, and then cover it with some cloth to diffuse light.

If you have led bars, the quickest and easiest way is to buy different user profiles. They are not too expensive and have large packaging, so you have enough for future use. They are also the best looking solutions and can be easily installed in place.
