Led Light Diffuser specification

We are an extrusion company that custom manufactures plastic profiles in a broad sense for ourselves and third parties. Extrusion is a general term for the production method in which plastic pellets are pressed through a die. The granules are heated to a homogeneous mass before pressing. Extrusion is a continuous process. The mould contains one or more more or less complex shaped holes which ultimately give the profile its shape. When the molten material is forced through the die, it has assumed the shape of the desired contour. The profiles are then transported further by pulling means and cooled with water and air. Profiles can be supplied with punched holes, single or double-sided tape, etc.

The LED diffuser is scientifically added with light diffusing agent components in optical grade GPPS particles during the production process. Its core technology is to use scientific production technology to make the diffusing agent evenly distributed in the plate. When the light passes through the plate, it will have optical effects such as refraction, reflection and scattering when it meets the diffusing particles, so that the light can pass through efficiently, uniformly and softly. over the sheet without exposing the light source.

LED panel light diffuser, its total light transmittance measured by a light transmittance tester is as high as 92%, and the haze (light diffusivity) reaches more than 94%. While ensuring high light transmittance, an ideal Light diffusion effect, and for products with high LED color temperature and color rendering index requirements, it can more truly restore the characteristics of the true color of LED. In addition, the smooth surface of the diffuser plate is frosted, the visual effect is high-end and beautiful, wear-resistant, stable in scratch resistance, UV resistance, good weather resistance, and can be used for a long time below 80 degrees. The diffuser plate is easy to process, can be bent and thermoplastic, and has no effect on the material properties.

LED Diffuser Features
